4. Intellectual Property

The "img.ubify" name, logo, design system, and all original code are the intellectual property of CreativeLabX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform's UI or logic without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The services provided by img.ubify are offered "as-is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
